Plain Speak: Every business and website has these. Most of them are nonsensical legalese that nobody reads. It's all CYA quid pro quo to buy stuff. And we too will do the same herein. But at the beginning of each boilerplate clause, we will add a plainspoken statement about our belief on how things should be handled when you do business with us. We use one guiding principal: Treat others how we want to be treated ourselves. That covers your data, customer service, returns, and everything else.
